DELIVERY PROCEDURE

DEPOSIT:
Before work can start, customers who select one of Trica Tech’s monthly service packages must pay the full amount due.
If Trica Tech and the customer agree on a fixed price for any services, the client must pay 50% of the billable amount in advance before the work can begin. The remaining 50% of the payment must be made within seven days of the service’s start date. Clients will be billed by G.O.A.T. Technologies on a monthly, advance basis.
Additionally, if a client doesn’t pay a monthly invoice by the due date, Trica Tech will instantly discontinue providing the services. In this case, we won’t be in charge of providing a 10-day notice.
UPKEEP OF RECORDS
Once we provide you with the final files, we will preserve a record of your completed design.
We can provide you with the final files upon request if you need them again in the future.
